Renewing or Reinstating Membership

• Less than one year. Recent memberships may be renewed online by logging into the myAAS website and selecting "Pay My Dues" along the top navigation bar. You may also pay by phone by calling the membership department at 202-328-2010 or by mail to the American Astronomical Society, 1667 K Street NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20006. • Less than two years. If your membership lapsed in the last two years, you can reinstate your membership by paying the appropriate dues and updating your contact information. See the Dues & Subscriptions Price Summary for the cost and submit your payment and current contact information (mailing address, telephone number(s), and email address) by email to membership@aas.org, or by mail to the American Astronomical Society, 1667 K Street NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20006.

• More than two years. If your membership has not been active in the last two years, you will need to complete and submit a new Membership Form.
